Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time from order placement is 6–9 business days.

Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Shipments are also insured for your peace of mind.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Carrier selection is determined at the time of fulfillment.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. HarloHome is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@harlohome.com — we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at support@harlohome.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or send a replacement.
